Suppliers

By signing any Events On Toast Limited booking form/forms, you are agreeing to settle any stated required monetary ‘none refundable’ deposits and/or part or full payments required, thereby ensuring your attendance to the event. By selecting any tick boxes stated on any documents signed by yourself and/or upon behalf of the stated and represented brand or company, you will therefore be billed according to what you have selected.

All payments must be made via Bacs or Chaps payment directly into the account details of Events On Toast Limited (as stated on the invoice). Please note that cheque payments, payment via credit or debit card are not accepted. Should you wish to pay via credit card (Paypal only) then an admin fee is and will be applicable (Fee amount depends on the transaction amount).

A 50% none refundable deposit is required in order to secure your place at the event and this is required immediately.

All payments are due upon receipt and acceptance of an invoice provided by Events On Toast Limited and due within 14 days. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the delegate and company it is representing forfeits the right to attend the Event.

All outstanding event balances must be settled no later than 2 months prior to event commencement.

Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounted rates. At the point of booking the discount offered applies to the person attending the Event. Substitutes are welcome however, if they are not entitled to the discount, the appropriate additional charge will be incurred.

Personal Data 

Due to GDPR, Events On Toast do not publish any contact details (unless previously stated and/or agreed) to any other attending delegate, whether you are a Supplier, Buyer, Retailer or guest. It is therefore your responsibility to pass over your contact details to any parties of interest should you wish to open any lines of communication post event.

You are not permitted to contact any Buyers or Retailer attending any Events On Toast event to discuss any pre-sales meeting strategies, agendas or otherwise.

Fees

Sales, Contracts and Sales Agreements

Any contracts, sales deals, negotiations, terms or agreements made between delegates on, before or after an event are between the delegates and companies only. Events On Toast Limited hereby declare they have no involvement, rights or privileges to these agreements and wish to take no part in any legal or binding contracts and agreements. These are solely between the delegates and companies themselves.

Transfers 

If you cannot attend an event, you must notify Events On Toast Limited in writing. This must be sent to contact@eventsontoast.com. You can transfer your place to another individual who resides within the same organisation and company as yourself, however they must hold the same job title and responsibility/control as yourself. Places can be transferred at any time up to and including the day of the event. Please note an additional charge may be applicable if the new attendee is not entitled to the same rate or does not hold the same job title and role within the company they are representing.

A delegate place can be transferred to another event, if the request to us is received more than 21 days prior to the event. Please note additional charges may be applicable and we cannot guarantee availability on the event the delegate wishes to transfer to. A delegate can only transfer their place a maximum of once within a 12 month period, after which they will incur a 20% discretionary administration fee.

Filming/Photography 

Events On Toast Limited reserves the right to film, record or photograph any of the speakers and or delegates at an event for post event purposes. Delegates are advised that this may result in incidental inclusion of delegates within any recording or photograph.

Cancellations 

If Events On Toast Limited have to cancel an event, our liability in the event of cancellation is limited to a full refund of the event fee only. We will not refund the following;

Any travel or hotel costs associated with the cancellation of an event.

If a delegate or event attendee wishes to cancel their place at one or all of the events hosted by Events On Toast limited, all cancellations must be made in writing and sent to contact@eventsontoast.com 60 days or more before event commencement.

The charge for cancelling your booking is:

Free of charge (please note this does not apply to any deposit payments, as these are none refundable) if the cancellation is made in writing to contact@eventsontoast.com and made within 14 days of your booking.

60 days or more before the event – 50% of your booking fee will be applicable (the deposit amount).

Less than 60 days before the event – No refund (including deposit), Events On Toast Limited therefore reserve the right to withhold your whole booking fee amount (transfer to another individual only).

If a delegate/company sign up to an Events On Toast Limited event less than 60 days prior to an event, no refund will be applicable should cancellation be made by the delegate/company, and Events On Toast Limited reserve the right to obtain any payment made.

Events On Toast Limited accepts no liability if an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond our reasonable control resulting from an act of God, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.

Non-attendance at an event If you do not attend or notify us that you wish to cancel your booking for an Events On Toast Limited event, you will not be entitled to a refund and Events On Toast Limited reserves the right to hold and keep any payments made.

Buyers

Buyer participation at any Events On Toast Events are inclusive of hand selected, face-to-face, 20 minute meetings, lunch on the day of the event, invitation to any evening dinners, parties or otherwise and one nights accommodation at the stated venue at the time of signing up.

  1. Travel insurance must be organised by the delegate/company and is not covered by Events On Toast Limited.

  2. Should Events On Toast Limited need to cancel any event, Events On Toast Limited shall no be liable for any consequential loss or damages incurred due to such cancellation.

  3. Events On Toast ask that where possible, should you need to cancel your attendance or send somebody in your place, that you do so in writing with as much notice as possible. We also ask that should cancellation be the only option, that all of your scheduled supplier meetings are honoured within 12 months of event end and that you consent to Events On Toast Limited providing those suppliers with your full contact details in order to facilitate these meetings.

General

Feedback

Following the event, delegates should expect to receive an email asking them to complete a feedback form online. We would ask this is completed and returned to us within seven days to allow Events On Toast Limited to continue to improve and tailor future events more closely to your

Travel

Events On Toast Limited accepts no liability if a delegate is unable to attend an event due to adverse weather conditions or any travel disruption.

Events On Toast Limited makes every effort to negotiate free parking for delegates at venues outside of London. However, we reserve the right to use venues which may incur a car parking charge.

Events On Toast Limited do not cover any travel expenses or costs for delegate/companies attending the event. The cost of travel and expenses is the sole responsibility of the delegate and company they represent.

Event changes 

It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date or the venue at any time prior to the event date, therefore Events On Toast Limited reserve the right to obtain any payments made by a delegate or company attending any of the events hosted by Events On Toast Limited and you will not be entitled to a refund. Should this be the case and the date is altered of an event, this will be provided in writing and you will be notified as soon as it is humanly possible.  

In most circumstances, events brochures and event information will be issued before the day of the event. This documentation is made available only to those attending the event.

Delegate packs are provided for the sole use of the delegate and may not be reproduced whether in whole or part, shared or distributed by any method whatsoever without prior permission of the copyright owner. Should any information, payment details, payment charges, event packages or brochures be distributed or discussed with anyone outside of the event, Events On Toast Limited reserve the right to proceed with full legal action against the delegate and company to which they represent.

Complaints

All complaints must be sent to complaints@eventsontoast.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and you will be contacted via telephone if this is the case.

Legalities 

We will treat your personal information in accordance with data protection legislation. We will use your information for administration, communication and research. To do this we may share your information with our business partners. A list of all delegates will be published and circulated at the event.
